CANCELLATIONS 

If you need to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, we will gladly refund you the full amount. If you would like to cancel your order for any reason post 24 hours of making your order we will provide you a store credit for future use as once we have baked your items we can’t offer a refund or take cancellations. To cancel an order please email us on mrsscreates@gmail.com.

REFUNDS 

Your satisfaction is our priority at Mrs S Creates. If you’re unhappy with any of our items you must notify us in writing to mrsscreates@gmail.com upon receipt of the product. Evidence of any faults, damages or discrepancies should be included. We will happily exchange the item or refund your credit card. To do this we would, however, need you to return your order to us within 7 days of receipt. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and unopened condition.

Please note all our cookies are made to order and require 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS to process prior to delivery.

We currently deliver Australia wide. Standard delivery, Express or Pick Up from Essendon is available. Please choose the appropriate option at CHECKOUT. If you choose to pick up, once we recieve your order we will provide you with our address. You will be asked to confirm a suitable 2 hour time slot for collection. While striving to provide superior customer service, Mrs S Creates shall not be responsible for any shipping delays, lost or damaged packages due to inclement weather or other factors out of our control. We will attempt delivery to an address and postcode as you enter it. If any information is incomplete or incorrect, it is possible that your order will be unable to be delivered. Please ensure you provide a name, phone number and full delivery details. For businesses the business name, and if applicable Level and/or Suite number are also required. We advise our carriers that they can leave deliveries in a safe place. If there is no one to receive it, or no safe place to leave it, the delivery will be returned to Mrs S Creates and additional charges will apply.

Are your cookies & desserts allergy friendly?

No, please note that all of our cookies contain gluten, dairy, eggs and may contain traces of nuts.

Can I pick up my cookies?

Yes. You are welcome to collect your order from our kitchen in Essendon. Upon receiving your order we will provide you with our address. You will be asked to select a suitable 2 hour time slot for collection when placing your order.

How long will my cookies last?

Each cookie is individually wrapped and sealed and has a shelf life of 1 month when kept in original packaging. Once opened, store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
